Consignment
The auction system is perhaps the best way to ensure that your collection reaches the broadest range of both domestic and international buyers. Such exposure guarantees that your collection receives the appropriate attention and that you receive the best possible prices.
Towards this end, we invest considerable energy in producing what we consider to be one of the most attractive and informative catalogs in the business, which we then distribute to a well-established list of subscribers. In addition, we also offer one of the lowest buyer commissions of any philatelic auction house, enabling buyers to bid more aggressively.
If you have any questions about the consignment procedures listed below, please contact our office.

Commission - Vendors are charged a 10% - 15% commission on the hammer price of auctioned lots.
Lotting - Our fee does not include any hidden charges. All lotting and photography costs are included in the commission.
Insurance - Our comprehensive coverage is free to all consignors and is in effect from the moment of consignment until the moment the materials are received by the buyer.
Payment - Prompt settlement is made thirty business days from the date of the sale. Any lots placed on extension are paid as they clear extension.
