(Train) Per Overland Mail, via Los Angeles, illustrated propaganda design with imprint of McNeil & Dudley of Napa City Locomotive and two passenger cars, on cover bearing 3¢ dull red (26) tied by partial "Napa City, Cal., Feb 1" cds and manuscript "Due 7" rating to Denny, Ill., docketed "Recd March 6/60" at bottom left, original letter accompanies; flap mostly missing but showing Lipman's embossed seal, some soiling and small flaws, F.-V.F. and rare.
