Carried from the rail head at Maricopa 81 miles south to Tucson, Arizona Territory by stage coach.

Sent by David Neahr of Yuma, the freight contractor employed by the railroad constructor to bring materials from the port of Yuma to the rail head. Addressed to Lionel M. Jacob, President of the Pima County Bank instructing payment for materials.
