Cover put onto Route 410 at Boston on October 26th circa 1848 and franked 10 cents for over 300 miles to Philadelphia. From the extensive Ludlow Beebee correspondence. A total of 13 covers from the correspondence are recorded from Boston franked with the 1847 issue five cents stamp.
