1870 (Dec. 12) Paris to Izernore, folded formular letter postmarked Montreuil-s-Bois, 12 Dec. 70" double circle, franked with 20c Cérès (clipped perfs at top) tied by numeral "2516" losange cancel, backstamped "Châtel-Censoir" arrival postmark with indistinct date, Very Fine, a nice usage from this Outer-Suburban Post Office carried by the Ville de Paris. Estimate $100 - 150.
