Toulumne County Balance, of approximately 180 covers and cards; nice array of towns and townmarks, with better including Big Oak Flat first cds (TUO-20, R4), scarce short-lived Rawhide Doane type cds (TUO-1230, R4), Chinese Camp 2nd type cds (TUO-210, R4) on cover franked with 1857 10¢ type III, 1864 Columbia cds (TUO-430, R4), Montezuma including 1860's manuscript postmark (TUO-1100, R4), 1897 Star cds on registered entire (TUO-1760, R4) probably earliest from this short-lived P.O., early Woods Diggings manuscript (flaws but very rare), etc., generally F.-V.F.
