Mexico, 1856-61 Forgery Reference Group, of 48 forged stamps of the 1856 and 1861 issues, Sc #1-12 in colors different than originally issued, most are illegal reprints made probably in 1895 by Barral and Diaz from the original plates and some are color changelings, these are very scarce as not many were produced.Estimate $500 - 750.
