Western Express Cover Balance, of 26 covers mostly later usage Wells, Fargo & Co. entires; includes early "Pacific Express, Diamond Springs" large oval handstamp (PAC-108, 2 known), and "Pacific Express, San Francisco" cds with handstamp "Paid" in oval franking (PAC-100, less than 10 known), early Wells, Fargo & Co. usages with Oroville and Todd's Valley "Express" ovals, and late 1880-90's with many rare townmarks including Claremont (unique), Pasadena (less than five known), Pomona (4 known), Fenner (two known), Goffs (3 known), and a group of scarce 1894 Pullman Railway Strike covers including two pre-strike, seven strike usages and three post-strike items.
