Worldwide, (Latin America) 1828-30 Cuba & Haiti to Bordeaux, France, two folded letters; 1828 from Santiago, Cuba and 1830 from Port au Prince, Haiti, both with "Pays D'Outremer, Par Le Havre" boxed handstamp and matching circular date stamp alongside (red marking from Cuba and black from Haiti), both showing diagonal disinfection slits likely applied upon arrival in Havre, Very Fine (photo on web site).
