Since the Australian colonies did not charge postage due on either non-treaty or treaty mail, the United States "Paid All" markings required by the postal treaties were redundant and often not applied.
There are only two recorded 90¢ Banknote frankings to Australia. The other example is Ex-Braus, Mercedes and dated October 8, 1883.
