Melbourne, Insufficiently Paid" oval handstamp, underpaid 1d for P&O Benares via Southampton as endorsed, red manuscript "8" pence rating crossed out, sent by private ship to Panama, across Isthmus by railroad, then contract steamship to New York where "Steamship, 10" circular handstamp struck, Very Fine.
