Aug. 8 '64" double-circle datestamp and by "Richmond Va. Aug 26" cds on fresh orange-buff cover addressed in blue manuscript to Nelson Station Va., endorsed "By flag of truce boat", fresh and Extremely Fine combination use, ex-Everett.
