Pkt., Jun 11" exchange cds, "Ud. States, Halifax, Ju 13, 1862" entry backstamp and matching "15 cts" due upon arrival; small portion of backflap missing affecting Boston mark, Very Fine, an interesting part payment usage, illustrated in Brookman Vol. II (page 33), ex-Haas.
