Higgins & Co." altered manuscript state on light buff cover bearing #65 and with original illustrated letterhead enclosure showing building; last with "A.M. Higgins & Co." crossed out and updated to "Wood & Allen" on yellow cover bearing #65; couple flaws, Very Fine and attractive group. Estimate $300 - 400.
