Ecuador, 1866, 4r Brownish Red, second printing, clear to mostly large margins, in combination with full margin 1865, 1r yellow buff, horizontal pair (third printing) on Judicial front with backflap to Latacunga, tied by clear strikes of "Quito, Franca, 23 Feb, 70" cds's which was in use since the introduction of the first issue, pencil "12 oz" weight notation, Very Fine, ex-Saá and Olgieser.
