A SCARCE PRINCE EDWARD ISLAND USE TO FRANCE, THE FIRST SAILING UNDER THE RESTORED RATE PERIOD.

This Cunard sailing represents the first sailing from the United States to Great Britain in the Restored Rate period after the Retaliatory rates ended, but it was not applicable in this case.
