Oct 27" cds and U.S. postage paid by uncancelled 3¢ rose (65), uncancelled but tied by manuscript "17th Jan'y Exchanged" and "(No. 31)", also "Dep" in green pencil, Very Fine, ex-Judd, Birkinbine, Walske.
