(Official Seals - Dead Letter Office) 1913-15 Rezagos (Dead Letter) Archive Covers, 16 covers sent between February 1913 and February 1915 all with Rezagos seals and most with accumulated postal markings applied after the contents were searched for information needed for attempted returns to sender (each ending in failure), markings include Lista, Mala Direccion, Recibida Abierta, No Reclamada, etc., three covers impacted by military events (Oficina Clausurada - P.O. closed) including the battles of Torreon and Monterrey and the occupation of Tampico, Fine. Estimate $600 - 800.
