Prexie Issue - Freaks & Oddities Group, 1938-39, of 104 items, virtually all plate blocks with many large multiples and sheets; includes perf shifts with some dramatic items, corner foldovers including 1¢ & 3¢ booklets showing all or portion of plate numbers, excellent showing of spliced double papers up to the 15¢ with many large strips and multiples, double paper on the 20¢, plate mottling, dramatic offset, under and over ink printings, smear, interesting gutter items, etc., generally Very Fine, a nice group for the specialist.
