1831 (Dec. 26) Abaco, Bahamas to Kingston, Canada, datelined folded letter carried as ship letter to Liverpool, reverse with stepped "Liverpool / Ship Letter" framed handstamp and "2/11" rating for 2s2d packet plus 9d inland postage, carried by Frolic from Falmouth to Halifax, "Halifax, MR 31, 1831" fleuron with manuscript "Packet 3N3" cy. conversion rating (2s11d) plus "1N8" to Quebec totalled to "4N11", red "Quebec, MY 1, 1832" cds and "Forwarded" framed handstamp with "9" d.cy. to Kingston totalled to "5/8" due; small hole, slight edge toning, F.-V.F.
Estimate    $500 - 750.

The red boxed "Forwarded" handstamp denotes not charged at Quebec but left to cash in Kingston.
