Samoa, Swains Island, purple straight line cachet handstamp on a selection of seven 1931 usages; includes double signature (Tokelau & McMullin) registered cover with "Pago Pago, Aug 12" postmark, four with J.E. Jennings signature (owner of island) including one posted in Apia and post card usage with bisected 2¢ Washington…No one cent stamps here, two other with Paul T. Diefenderfer signatures, one to Honolulu, overall Very Fine, an exception assembly of these very scarce covers. Estimate $400 - 600.
