1863, 2¢ black, cds on 1864 cover to Picton, Canada franked with 1861 2¢ + 3¢+ 10¢ canceled by target handstamps, markings include red straight line "Paid" and "15" in octagon handstamps, transit and receiving backstamps; stamps with some defects and cover slightly reduced at left, F.-V.F., a rare Nevada territorial usage from this town paying the 15¢ treaty rate to Canada for over 3000 miles, ex-H.
