1936-38 First Day Of Issue Covers with Riko Art Studio Cachets, collection of 77 covers; includes the range of commemorative issues for the period including set of singles of the 1936 TIPEX sheet, 1937 Territorial issues, 1938 6¢ Eagle Airmail issue, The 1938 Prexie issue to the 50¢ with additional booklet panes issues, etc., includes several Risko promotional cards and the 1992 article from the May edition of the American Philatelist; some minor duplication, Very Fine overall, a wonderful group of these very scarce cacheted First Day of Issue covers. These scarce covers appeared in the late 1930's and were delivered to a select group of customers, including President F.D. Roosevelt. No more than 50 to 75 cacheted covers of any one design were ever produced.
