A DESIRABLE PLATE BLOCK OF THE 30¢ PREXIE IN THE RARE DEEP BLUE SHADE.
All examples of the deep blue shade come from plate 22164. This lot is accompanied by upper left plate "22164" block of four in normal shade and some pertaining documents and research. The ink is apparently slightly aniline and they should be slightly blue back.
