Dec 27 1863" cds on homemade brown cover to Wright's Bluff S.C., pencil "Due 8" indicating that cover was not accepted for the circular rate probably due to writing on the circular; stamp barely affected by light horizontal file fold (not mentioned on cert), otherwise Very Fine and interesting use; with 2009 C.S.A. certificate.
