Charleston - Railroad Post Offices, group of 21 covers including some mounted on exhibit pages, includes two manuscript "SoCa RR" railroad postmarks, several "South Carolina R.R." cds usages in black and blue including #11A tied by blue grid with matching bold and sharp strike of Jan. 7th cds, and a partial blue cds with matching "Free" rating handstamp on cover to Vice President Alexander Stephens; two pencil "S C R R" postmark covers; "Wilmington & Raleigh Railroad" cds strikes in red with tiny "10" ratemarker to New York and blue with large "10" ratemarker to Richmond Me.; and two covers bearing #11A singles from Charleston to the Northeast possibly carried by S.C. Railroad to Wilmington where manuscript "Way" and handstamped "Way" markings applied, F.-V.F.
