Cullings, Ariz., Oct 23, 1899 (Maricopa), light yet fully discernible strike of cds (Meyer 1, rarity 8) used as receiver, on reverse of liquor corner card cover from Prescott, Ariz. addressed to "Cullums Wells, via Congress", franked with 1¢ green pair tied by partial Prescott cds, additional Congress transit on reverse; cover slightly reduced at right slightly into right stamp, F.-V.F., this is the only known postmark from Cullings.
