A REMARKABLE EARLY REGISTERED USE FROM COLON, PANAMA CARRIED BY FRENCH PACKET TO FRANCE.
Presumably the special registration envelopes and Colombia F7 were sent to Colon in 1881, but no Colon registered covers are recorded from 1881 and 1882. This is one of the earliest recorded registered covers from Colon, of which only a few are known from the 1880s.
