Panama, 1904, 10c green, blue "9015" handstamp, used with 1c-10c 1904 Issue with Fourth Panama Overprints and 10c yellow (F14), all tied by "Panama, 8 Ago 1904" duplexes on cover to Hamburg, Germany, New York (3.17) and Hamburg (3.29) backstamps, Very Fine.

THE EARLIEST RECORDED USE OF THE NEW PANAMA F27 REGISTRATION LABEL.

Early in August 1904, the supply of Panama registration and A.R. stamps arrived from the American Bank Note Company in New York and were immediately used in Panama and shortly thereafter in other post offices.
