THIS IS THE EARLIEST RECORDED USE OF THE PANAMA F10 REGISTRATION STAMP.
Early in March, a new "Panama" handstamp was prepared to overprint the registration stamps creating Scott F10 and F11. Two different handstamps were used to surcharge the stamps, the same as the one used on F8 and F9, and then a later one measuring 4.0x4.0mm.
