(Sc. 571, cat $550) with some lower value 4th bureau issues, airmails with C1, C3 plate of 12 (n.h., pen mark on gum) and C4 & C6 plates, commemoratives starting with 1¢ Trans-Miss and Pan-Pac perf 12 plates, Norse-Am. complete plates, WP sheet, etc.; nice fresh material with many n.h. blocks.
