Jan 18" cds on greenish cover to Columbia S.C., other with bottom sheet margin copy of 1863, 10¢ blue with manuscript postmark of "96 SC, Mch 7" addressed to Col. Norris at Cuthbert Ga., Very Fine, a nice set of both postmark types. Estimate $200 - 300.
