Brun), the 1886 Provisionals including 5c (#12, cat $1,500, signed) and 10c on piece (#13, cat $1,600, with Raybaudi cert), 1891 surcharge including the key 15c on 35c value (#17, cat $1,650, signed Gilbert), 1890-92 issues lacking only the 1891 35c value, Navigation & Commerce complete and due complete for the period; condition well above norm.
