Virgin Islands (U.S.), Revenue, 1934, 6b St. Croix Tobacco Tax Issue, horizontal strip of 10 showing the various value settings, horizontal strip of 10, without gum as issued, three vertical creases between stamps, still Very Fine, a scarce provisional multiple (McRee 1RJ3). Estimate $200 - 300.
These revenue stamp were in use for only approximately 8 months in 1934 and it is thought only about a thousand stamps in total where printed in the four different values.
