1875 Re-Issue of 1861-67 Issue, 90¢ Blue, without gum, precision centering amid full well proportioned margins, beautiful rich vibrant color on bright fresh paper, Extremely Fine to Superb, a magnificent example of the 1861 90¢ Re-Issue, this being one of three examples to obtain this lofty grade with none higher (all of which are no gum, the next highest grade is one o.g. and one no gum example, both graded XF-90); with 1993 P.F. certificate and 2010 P.S.E.
