Mar 6" cds and matching "Paid" "10" handstamps, red manuscript "12½" prepaid rating for sailing ship freight money fee, carried by Kermit Line Waterloo from New York Mar. 14 to Liverpool arriving Apr. 16, Liverpool Ship (4.16) and London (4.17) backstamps, manuscript "8" pence due rating for uniform ship fee, Very Fine and attractive, Charleston freight money covers are uncommon and those by sailing ship are scarce.
