Pa., Post Office, Dec 29, '63" cds, with matching "Rose" fold-out enclosure showing 30 views in blue and bronze; few small cover tears and opened at sides for display, Very Fine, a magnificent and unique Blackjack usage on the Magnus Rose of Washington, One of the Truly Great United States Patriotic Covers; with 2009 P.F. certificate.
