(2¢ U.S. inland, 2¢ sea), manuscript "8" decimes due to collect, while endorsed per "Minnesota" of the Guion Line, a check of the sailing data in Hubbard & Winter indicates this ship skipped a turn in the rotation for whatever reason, Very Fine.
