Pkt., Apr 1" exchange cds, rate of 15¢ per quarter ounce prepaid in the U.S. or 8 decimes collected in France if unpaid, post office missed the boat and charged 5¢ U.S. inland with "8" decimes due in France, Very Fine, unusual, the first day of the U.S. - French Postal Convention however this was the rate during the three month period immediately preceding the U.S. - French Postal Convention.
