Right stamp with flaws, tied by dark blue "Apia, Samoa, Aug 17" cds on 1892 cover to London England, in combination with U.S. 1890, 10¢ green tied by grid cork handstamp, reverse with San Francisco transit and red London receiving cds's; cover tone spots and part of address panel removed, Fine appearance, still a rare Samoa - U.S. mixed franking (Odenweller 339).
