Type A38 slogan flag cancel "Leyte Carnival Industrial Fair Dec.20 - 23 - 1924" on cover to Detroit, flag is a bit under inked at top but overall a nice example, F.-V.F., earliest recorded use, this slogan used only in late 1924. Estimate $100 - 150.
