Margins slightly cutting in, uncancelled as usual, used on front only to Henry Seybert at 11th and Chestnut Streets, F.-V.F., one of only nine Priest's Despatch black-on-pink usages, ex Golden; with 1999 P.F. certificate stating that the stamp has been removed and replaced on this front of origin.
