Blue double-lined oval handstamp (with "Everts" spelled correctly) on 1853 incoming stampless cover with "Albion, Mich, Jul 5" origin postmark and "X" in circle handstamped rate marking, to Marysville where taken out of the mails for delivery in the mines with "1.50" pencil express rate, Very Fine, ex-Knapp. Estimate $200 - 300.
