American Postal Machine Company, Boston, Mass., Mar 21, 1915. Type B-38 street car flag cancel "Boston Circuit R.P.O." on 'Tuttle cover' franked with Canadian 2¢ Map, Very Fine, the addressee, C. W. Tuttle, was a conductor on the Boston Street Railway and apparently created numerous 'fantasy' covers with illegal frankings and which never passed through the mail, an interesting novelty. Estimate $100 - 150.
