V. 17" cds's on registered cover to Berne, Switzerland, registry etiquette and censor tape at right, reverse with partial Barcelona and Cadiz transit date stamps; left stamp with corner crease and a couple nicks at top, F.-V.F., a very rare multiple usage of the 1916 Provisional Surcharge issue.
