Post Office Seal, 1913, blue, hyphen-hole 6½ (left) x perf 12 (other 3 sides). Type 4B, used with three OX15 seals to reclosed cover to New York City with 2¢ carmine (411) tied by "Booklyn N.Y. Mar 27 1914" machine cancel, magenta "Returned to Sender" boxed hs, seals tied by New York duplexes and split upon opening, Very Fine, the only recorded example of the type 4B seal (on or off cover); with 2004 P.F. certificate.
