Double circle cancel in blue (Baker Type D-2) with target tying 1898, 5¢ blue on cover to Boston, Mass., sent by the business firm of Ker & Company of Manila with their handstamp on reverse (Peterson Type 4), sent "via Hong Kong"; some faint cover toning, a Very Fine strike, only a couple blue cancels are recorded.
