Peru ship endorsement at bottom left, reverse with "Hawaiian Hotel/Hamilton Johnson, Manager" allover illustrated 4 panel scene advertising design and receiving postmark, cover with fumigation corner clip at bottom right from the 1895 Cholera Epidemic; one 1¢ stamp with small tear, otherwise Very Fine.
