One indicia folded around the edge; this stunning new discovery was featured on the cover of Linn's Stamp News in the June 23, 2008, issue; this is the discovery example, Very Fine and rare; with 2007 P.S.E. certificate. After receiving a P.S.E. certificate in 2007, according to the article which accompanies this auction lot, Scott catalogue editor James E. Kloetzel informed Linn's that it would henceforth be listed as Scott U458n in the 2009 edition of the Scott U.S. specialized catalog, in which it is indeed listed but not priced.
