Type VII, large margins to clear at top, in combination with 1873, 3¢ green on cover to Tecumseh Mich., both stamps tied by target handstamp with matching Street Road, Pa. cds; cover slightly reduced at right, Very Fine, a wonderful and very rare example of the Westtown local stamp tied on cover as this adhesive was normally affixed uncancelled on the reverse of the cover.
